Events

As a member of the Charleston Apartment Association, you will have access to a multitude of opportunities including networking, sponsorship/advertising, education, charitable endeavors and much more. You may choose to attend some of our many meetings, events and educational opportunities, and more so that you can network with other members, increase your business or advance in your career.   *All RSVPs are invoiced unless modified before the event registration deadline (before late registration begins).*  An account must be created before registering for an event.  If you work onsite please select your property name when registering (not your management company).  Pineapple Pass holders who register for a class and don't show up will be charged full registration for the class.  If invoices are not paid in full within 30 days, admittance to any/or all association functions including dinner meetings is prohibited until the account is paid in full. A late fee of $10 per month is assessed on all payments over 30 days.  Please mail checks to: 103 Palm Blvd. Suite 2E, Isle of Palms, SC 29451.  There is a $50 reinstatement fee for dues over 60 days.
