The pass is good through 12/31/25. 

If you register for the pass after 1/1/25 the pass is not retroactive.  

It is the on-site teams' responsibility to register for all courses on the website here https://www.charlestonapartmentassociation.com/events/

2025 Dues must be paid before being eligible to register for the pass.
