All information supplied should refer to January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Nominees are asked to attend the awards ceremony on Friday, March 21 at the Gaillard Center.
**These are Charleston Apartment Association Awards (CAA). As such, nominees MUST have been active in the CAA in 2024 to be considered for an award.***
Both nominator and nominee must be current CAA members.
**Important: Nominations are due by January 22 at 5pm.**

If the email address is incorrect the nominee will NOT receive the form needed to complete the nomination process.
