Description:

The Halcyon, a 204-unit Greystar-managed apartment community in Charleston, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for completing resident service requests, preventative maintenance, apartment make-readies, general repairs, and helping maintain the community’s grounds, amenities, and common areas. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a rotating on-call schedule. Compensation is $25 - $28 per hour, and Greystar offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and additional employee benefits.
