VEST Residential is looking for a skilled, dependable, and resident-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bees Ferry Apartment Homes in Charleston, SC. If you're an experienced multifamily maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and believes great maintenance is a huge part of a great resident experience, we want to meet you.

Located in the heart of West Ashley, Bees Ferry is a 292-home apartment community surrounded by the beautiful wetlands and Lowcountry scenery that makes Charleston such a desirable place to live. The community offers convenient access to Highway 17, Highway 61, and I-526 and is just minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, with Folly Beach and Kiawah Island also within an easy drive. The amenities give our maintenance team plenty to take pride in! Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll help ensure the buildings, apartment homes, grounds, amenities, and common areas at Bees Ferry meet VEST's standards for appearance, cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
