Do you take pride in a community that looks great from the curb all the way to move-in day? VEST Residential is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join the team at The Wilder in Ladson, SC! This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and seeing the immediate results of their work. While you'll support the maintenance team as needed, your primary focus will be maintaining the community's grounds and punching out apartment turnover units to ensure they're clean, polished, and ready to welcome our next residents.

The community features a resort-style saltwater pool with cabanas, an expansive fitness center, outdoor kitchen and entertainment pavilion, pet-friendly spaces and bark park, EV charging, resident entertainment areas, and more.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this Maintenance Technician will have a specialized focus on grounds upkeep and apartment turns.
