Maintenance Team Leader (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) – Collins Park Apartments Are you a dedicated maintenance professional ready to lead by example and elevate a community's value? We are seeking a full-time, non-exempt Maintenance Team Leader who can expertly balance hands-on general repairs, and apartment turnovers, with a passion for exceptional curb appeal and customer service. In this vital role, you will protect and enhance the property by resolving resident issues efficiently, maintaining immaculate common areas, and embodying our core company culture. To qualify, candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant industry experience (property management preferred) and an EPA Type II certification (Universal preferred). Physically, this position requires the ability to lift at least 75 lbs., work 8–12 hour standing shifts indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, and participate in an on-call emergency.
