Maintenance Technician - The Factory

ECI Management is looking for a full-time, experienced EPA Certified Apartment Maintenance/Service Technician for our NEWEST ACQUISITION, a garden style property in North Charleston, SC called The Factory. $1500 signing bonus after 90 days.  He/she must have HVAC certification and a strong working knowledge of all phases of HVAC.  Specific areas for which the Service Technicians are responsible include but are not limited to:  Completing all maintenance requests assigned on a daily basis; Assisting the Service Manager in punches and other tasks as needed; Turning in all maintenance requests to the Service Manager at the end of the day during which the work was completed and informing the Service Manager of any matters which need attention; Maintenance projects as needed; Performing any additional duties as assigned by Community Manager; Performing other tasks or requests consistent with fulfilling company objectives; Taking after hours emergency on call, monthly rotation, nights and weekends.  We offer Time and a half for after hours on calls, Quarterly Bonus, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending and 401K and Company Match.  ECI is a SC, EEO and Drug Free Employer.
