The Maintenance Supervisor at Cooper’s Ridge Apartments will lead all aspects of property maintenance operations, ensuring the community delivers an exceptional living experience. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily maintenance functions, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. The Maintenance Supervisor will develop and mentor a high-performing team while maintaining safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
