Eller Residential, a real estate investment company solely focused on multifamily assets. Our company is looking for a Maintenance Tech. This exciting role will assist in coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals at one of our newest acquired properties located in North Charleston, South Carolina.  The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property and ensures that the overall physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws. This position is also responsible for interior and exterior maintenance, quality control, purchasing and supply management, budgeting and the overall safety, security and well-being of the community.
