The Property Management Division is immediately seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician who is organized and experienced with repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances and drywall. The ideal Commercial Maintenance Technician is someone who can demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, can learn and adapt quickly, prefers a fast-paced work environment, works well independently and in a team atmosphere, is a natural leader, has an eye for detail, and keeps a pleasant demeanor when working with tenants.  We also offer a benefits package that is stellar, including remarkable health benefits, 401K match, generous PTO, employee development to name a few.
