Kirk Downey is the Chief Operating Officer at Liberty Rent, a company based in Fairhope, AL.  Kirk, his wife Angi Pusateri-Downey and three children (Braden, Brooke & Briana) live in Sarasota, Florida. Kirk has been a leader in the multifamily industry and industry advocate for many years. Kirk is a public speaker, educational courses teacher and is currently the Chairman of NAA’s National Suppliers Council. Kirk loves his time with his beautiful wife, amazing kids and dear friends. Kirk’s true passions are education, advocacy and mentorship.
