Social Media Class with Sarah Fitzgerald

As a Regional Marketing Manager for Greystar, Sarah Fitzgerald is responsible for overseeing the marketing, branding, and advertising efforts for third-party owned assets in Charleston, Savannah, Columbia, and Greenville/Spartanburg markets. A self-proclaimed “lease-up junkie”, Sarah is equally parts passionate about building beautiful brands and social media as she is about building functional data-driven campaigns that drive conversions. A Virginia Tech graduate, Sarah started with Greystar in 2014 in Washington, DC, overseeing stabilized, lease-up, and new development properties in Virginia, DC, Maryland, New York, and New Jersey before accepting an opportunity here in sunny Charleston in 2017. In addition to serving as an Innovation Ambassador for Greystar’s Innovation Team and on the LEAD Committee for the Charleston Apartment Association, she was recently selected as one of NAA’s 20 in Their Twenties for 2020. Sarah lives in Mount Pleasant with her four-legged sidekick, Pepper, and loves living just a bike ride away from the beach.
