LEADING HUMANS, NOT JUST TEAMS | HOW MANAGERS SHAPE COMPANY CULTURE

Every company boasts strong culture, yet consistency often falls short and employee satisfaction wavers. Many leaders view culture as the responsibility of “the company,” while exceptional leaders recognize it as their personal responsibility to create, influence, and sustain it. How do you build a culture that truly lasts? What practical steps create consistency, engagement, and accountability? And how do you measure whether it’s working?

This interactive, hour-long session will draw from 20 years of experience to explore the mindset, strategy, and execution behind building a strong and sustainable team culture. Collect real-world insights, actionable takeaways, and immediately applicable tools to help strengthen team dynamics, improve engagement, and recognize signs of both healthy and unhealthy culture within their organization.
