Do you love learning new ways to be more successful? Join us for some important tips and tricks regarding time management, prioritization, making meetings count, managing your inbox and calendar, accountability, and protecting your private life/space to ensure you are as productive as possible during working hours and can check out/enjoy your time when you’re “off the clock.” Kathryn and Dana both have ample experience juggling a heavy workload and are eager to share their secrets on how to determine which balls you’re juggling are glass and which can bounce like rubber if dropped/dealt with later. Time will be allotted during/after the class for discussion, questions and brainstorming as a group as well.   


About Your Instructors:

Dana Jiles, CAPS, ACoM, NAAEI Faculty

Dana is a Regional Property Manager for Bell Partners with a demonstrated history of working within multiple facets of the multi-family industry. She has over sixteen years of experience motivating teams, adhering to budgets, delivering financial reporting, and collaborating with ownership groups. Dana is also heavily involved in an abundance of after school activities for the cutest almost-six-year-old in the tri-county area.

Kathryn Gorman, CAM

Kathryn has thirteen years’ experience in the multifamily industry including 7 years off-site as an Operations/Regional Property Manager with First Communities and Greystar. Kathryn enjoys advocating for the multifamily industry in Charleston, and currently serves as a Sales Director with BG Multifamily recruiting and engaging new talent in our field and supporting on-site teams. Kathryn is also heavily involved with a local 501(c)3 Animal Rescue managing their calendar of  adoption events and volunteer program.
