Suppliers must have a booth to attend.

Each booth includes one table, two chairs and a table cloth (drapery cloth).

Attendees: $25/attendee until 5/10, $35 After 5/10

Sponsor Registration Deadline: 4/20

Booth Registration Deadline: 4/20, +$50 after 4/20 until 4/30

Set-up (CAA representative in hall all day.)
10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

VIP Happy Hour (You are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity with executive decision makers.)
4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Doors Open
6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Bars Close
7:30pm

8:15 p.m.

$1000 Grand Door Prize Awarded at 8:00 p.m.  Must be present to win.

• No exhibitor is allowed to provide or distribute alcohol at their booth.
• Cancellations must be made by April 20 to be eligible for a refund.
• Distribution of bags or totes is prohibited. Official trade show bag sponsorships are available for $200.
• No shipments will be accepted earlier than 48 hours prior to the event and must be picked up within 48 hours after the event.
• Booth locations are assigned on a first come, first served basis. The CAA reserves the right to make adjustments as needed.
• Booth setup no later than 4:00 p.m. due to VIP reception.
• No breakdown prior to 8:15 p.m.
