Sedra Charap

Sedra Charap began her career in Property Management in 1989, here in Charleston. She started out in Leasing and is now the Director of Property Management for JDC Management. She oversees 24 communities covering LA, VA, GA and SC. Her portfolio consists of conventional and tax credit communities with one new communities currently under construction in downtown Charleston. She has had a successful career managing new construction lease ups, stabilized, and renovated communities. Sedra was a graduate of the very first LEAD program offered through CAA and has previously served on the CAA Board of Directors throughout her career. Other CAA recognitions include being Awarded Direct Member of the year in 2003 & 2004 and Board of Directors Member of the year in 2005.
