Myriam Ellis

Myriam has been in the multi-family industry since 2005 and has been actively involved with the Charleston Apartment Association since 2021. A graduate of the L.E.A.D. program in 2022, she joined the membership committee in 2023 and has served on the CAA Board of Directors since January 2024. Currently, she is a Senior Community Manager with Middleburg Communities, where she also mentors fellow community managers. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Myriam is dedicated to the growth and development of the industry and the people in it. She has been married for 16 years and is the proud mother of three daughters, as well as two granddaughters and a grandson who keep her life full of joy. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
