Michael Bell

Overseeing the client relations & support team, Michael also works in conjunction with the Marketing Team and serves on the firm’s Executive Team. He joined L&B in April 2014 and spends most days analyzing firm data and operations, interviewing new clients, and assisting current clients with finding solutions. His favorite part of his job is engaging with clients either through education or while traveling for the firm. Before L&B, he worked in Hospital Communication where the most interesting part of the job was hearing patients tell him way more than he needed (or wanted) to hear. During the day, Michael is usually sipping on a strong cup of coffee, but after work, you’ll likely find him enjoying a craft beer while playing trivia or on (another?!) family trip to Walt Disney World. A little known fact? He’s been playing the piano since he was 5 years old. Michael was honored to be the recipient of the Charleston Apartment Association’s Prestigious Pineapple Award in 2019 and he received his NAA CAS Certification in October 2020.
