Kathlina Sampson

Kathlina Sampson brings a diverse background to the industry with over 11 years of experience across multiple assets and positions. It is her firm belief these opportunities have been instrumental to expand her abilities to adapt and support her peers. She has been able to approach any challenge and nurture her own passions as well as her peers implementing a positive impact to our communities. She currently holds the role of Regional Property Manager with Greystar and oversees assets in the Columbia, Charleston, and Beaufort markets. She has enjoyed active participation within the Charleston Apartment Association since her relocation to Charleston in 2013. During this time, she graduated from the LEAD program, participated in committee planning and organization, and held a position as a member of the Board of Directors in 2019. Outside of her industry efforts, you are likely to find her cheering just as passionately for her kid’s at their sporting events, and enjoying any quiet time with a good book and the companionship of her spouse, Anthony. It would be an incredible privilege to step back into this leadership position if elected to the 2022 Board of Directors and she looks forward to counting on your vote at this year’s virtual election beginning October 19th!
