Donna Bolewitz

Donna has been with GrayCo for 11 years. She is responsible for all aspects advertising, marketing, social media and online reputation management for a portfolio that includes over 5600 units located in 5 states. She is very involved with training, coaching and mentoring team members. Prior to joining GrayCo, she was with Apartment Finder Magazine & Apartment Finder.com for over 17 years. At Apartment Finder, she was a Senior Publisher responsible for 6 markets (including Charleston, Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, Jacksonville/New Bern and Florence/Sumter). Her responsibilities included advertising sales (print and online), giving over-the-top customer service and growing her teams & markets. Donna began her property management career as a leasing consultant and was a multi-site manager for both multifamily and commercial units. Donna has been active and served on several local apartment associations for 30+ years. She holds CAM and NALP designations. She has been a speaker/instructor at many industry events and conferences. The apartment industry is her passion and she is eager to share her experience and knowledge to others who have the same love for the industry.
