Since beginning his property management career in 2019, Daniel Bretzke has built a reputation for dedication, leadership, and excellence. He has successfully managed a wide range of properties, from Class C to Class A communities, overseeing portfolios of up to 582 units. Daniel holds a Property Manager-in-Charge (PMIC) license, a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certificate, and is a proud Graduate of the LEAD program, demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and industry best practices.

Throughout his career, Daniel has earned notable recognition, including the Hero Award with Tribute, the Rising Star Award with Greystar, and was on the last-place team in the 2024 CAA golf tournament, highlighting his exceptional performance and leadership potential. He is an active member of the property management community, regularly attending CAA (Charleston Apartment Association) events, engaging in educational opportunities, and serving on the CAA Cares and Education Committees to give back to the industry he loves.
