Dana Jiles

Dana has been in the multi-family industry for almost 20 years. She has worked in Jacksonville, FL as well as Atlanta, GA and currently resides in the Charleston, SC market. Her experience covers the supplier realm as well as marketing and operations for organizations such as RPM Living, Bell Partners, Wood Partners, and Greystar. Dana specializes in third-party management and has been with RPM Living for one year, overseeing assets in the Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA regions. She has served on the CAA Board of Directors for two years and chaired the Next Gen committee, implementing annual headshot fundraising for PAC and currently organizing a mentorship program for 2026.
