With more than 20 years of multifamily leadership experience, I currently serve as Regional Manager at RPM Living, overseeing communities across the coastal Southeast, including coastal Georgia and the Carolinas. A Charleston native with 18+ years of expertise in the Lowcountry market, I specialize in conventional assets such as lease-ups, value-add communities, high-rise, build-to-rent, and active adult developments.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed large-scale portfolios of 2,600+ units with operating budgets exceeding $6 million annually, working directly with institutional investors, REITs, and private equity firms. Known for balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, I have overseen teams of 35+ employees, including 18 direct reports, while consistently aligning performance with ownership objectives to maximize asset value.

Leading an $8M+ renovation and value-add project from design conception through completion.

Stabilizing three lease-ups more than three months ahead of schedule.

Maintaining an average 95% occupancy on an 800+ unit community in Atlanta.

Sustaining portfolio-wide occupancy levels of 92% across diverse markets.

A Dale Carnegie Leadership graduate and holder of SHCM and CPO certifications, I bring both operational expertise and strategic vision. I am also an active member of the Charleston Apartment Association, where I have served on the Board of Directors, CARES, Education, and Membership Committees, and currently contribute to the Next Gen Committee to help develop the industry’s future leaders.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to support my daughter’s all-star cheer competitions, relaxing at the beach, and exploring new destinations.
