Carly Haslett

Carly started her multifamily career in 2017 after graduating from Towson University with a degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing. She moved to the D.C. area to work at a 762-unit lease-up called The Residences at Pike & Rose. After stabilization, Carly received an offer to move to Charleston to work at a brand-new property attached to the global headquarters of the largest property management company in the world, Greystar. The Guild broke records for price-per-square-foot and resident satisfaction and is still considered to be one of the most prestigious apartment communities in Charleston. Carly then accepted an offer at another long-awaited lease-up, Atlantic Beach House. She loved the salty air and marsh views so much that she decided to buy a house right next to the property and make Charleston her forever home. Now, Carly enjoys helping her multifamily friends with their digital marketing needs. She loves using her knowledge of the industry and marketing expertise to connect renters with their new homes while helping her multifamily friends increase occupancy and NOI for their properties.
