Maintenance Supervisor - Runaway Bay (As of 11/15/17)

The Service Manager reports to the Property Manager and facilities for an assigned apartment community (less than 280 units) are in good working order and maintained to standards for MAA. Primary responsibilities include coordinating the maintenance team to ensure the repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment units; prompt and courteous responses to service requests; an adequate supply of market ready apartments to meet leasing demand; property appearance which meets or exceeds standards. The Service Manager assists with hiring, training, and developing assigned staff which may include painters and/or landscaping staff. A $1000 hiring bonus is available.

Maintenance Technician - River's Walk (As of 11/15/17)

The Service Technician reports to the Property Manager under the supervision of the Service Manager and performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment units and other property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks. The Service Technician follows a planned preventative maintenance schedule and follows up with residents after repairs are complete. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with preparing vacant apartment units for rental and also landscape and renovation projects.
