Community Manager - Colonial Village at Westchase (As of 2/22/18)

The Property Manager reports to regional leadership and manages the operations of an assigned apartment community (280 to 440 units) for MAA. Primary responsibilities include managing staff performance; marketing, leasing, and collections to generate revenue; resident relations and customer service to manage resident retention and satisfaction; administration of property maintenance, contracted services, and capital improvements to maintain aesthetics and manage expenses; compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing fair housing and safety.

Maintenance Technician - River's Walk (As of 2/22/18)

The Service Technician reports to the Property Manager under the supervision of the Service Manager and performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment units and other property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures; plumbing, carpentry, and locks. The Service Technician follows a planned preventative maintenance schedule and follows up with residents after repairs are complete. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with preparing vacant apartment units for rental and also landscape and renovation projects.

Leasing Consultant - Rivers Walk (As of 2/22/18)

The Leasing Consultant reports to the Property Manager and supports the leasing operations and financial performance of an assigned apartment community for MAA. Primary responsibilities include interacting with prospective residents, communicating the resident value of living in an MAA community, and securing lease agreements. Initiates the verification process to qualify prospective residents. Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals. Assists with property marketing activities.
